Dear Ron, I want to send a special Thank You to you and your crew for beautiful job you did on my kitchen, bath, and pantry. It meant a lot to have them completed before Christmas. I have enjoyed having my friends and family here and sharing these beautiful rooms.

Craig & Kay have always been their own home remodelers for over 20 years in two different home (Parma Heights & Solon, Ohio). They have added or updated many small, medium, and large projects at both homes, including decks, recreation rooms, barns, kitchens, hardwood floors, ect.
In early 2006, Craig & Kay started designing their "dream master bathroom" for a complete overhaul that they were both excited about and ready to do (again) on their own. They specked out the KraftMaid cabinets and granite countertop by working with Home Depot and placed them on order. Craig then began tearing out the entire bathroom- a second guest bathroom would be available during the construction project--and ripped out everything except the Jacuzzi Tub.
After the tear out was complete, the new cabinets were delivered and Craig promptly installed them so the new countertop and dual side sinks could be measured for, ordered, and eventually installed. Within six weeks, that part of the project had been successfully completed. Then, approximately eleven (11) months went by without any additional work being done on the master bath remodel. Many factors caused this delay, but the biggest issue, was how to do all the additional infrastructural work that needed to be done--raising a support beam, major plumbing for a spa-style shower, updating the recessed lighting in the saffit about the sinks, consolidating switch locations, and all that tile work that needed to be done--professionally!
Needless to say Craig & Kay were both feeling overwhelmed and under-pressure to start, let alone finish any of this important work on their own. By late 2007, the both agreed to get a few quotes from professionals that did this type of work for a living. Once they found 3-4 highly recommended contractors that had positive BBB and NARI ratings, they invited them in for design consideration updates and quotes to finish the majority of the master bath project-professionally!
After a couple of months review of each contractor's approach, several in-house meetings, and all other key points that were necessary for Craig & Kay to make a comfortable decision on the right group and price to fit their budget-the selected LoGrasso with ease. His style, personality, background, location, ratings, awards, and price all felt good to them.
By April 2008, the work began and instant progress was beginning to show. There was a lot of tedious work that needed to be done over the next few months, but each day, week, and month that went by- Craig & Kay were thrilled by the interactive, weekly updates, design tweaks, and professional outcomes that were LoGrasso and his team made to transform their master bath into the luxurious spa-like setting that it is today.
Several months later (we knew it would take a few months)-we began using the wonderful, new master bath and to this day enjoy and marvel at what a difference it has made in our daily lives. We deserved a place like this to spend quality time in daily- and it was well worth the wait. Just wish we would have started with LoGrasso in the beginning.
